My order showed up with a few things missing and some random replacements I never chose. When I contacted support, it felt like they were blaming me for not checking something or making it seem like it was my fault. I get that mistakes happen, but the whole thing was frustrating and just not worth the hassle anymore

I usually like shopping at Sprouts, so I figured ordering through Sprouts would be easy, but this was a mess. My delivery showed up late, a few things I paid for were missing, and whoever picked the substitutions clearly wasn’t paying attention because they made no sense. Then customer service took forever to get back to me and only offered a tiny refund, which felt insulting after all the hassle. I don’t blame the store itself as much as the people handling the online order, but either way, I won’t be doing it again
"Checkout Lines Ruined My Plans Again"
Every time I come here, the checkout line is out of control. There are usually only one or two registers open, and it really feels like nobody’s in any hurry to fix it. I stopped in thinking it would be a quick trip, but I ended up standing around so long that it threw off the rest of my plans. Super frustrating.

"Helpful, but with a Little Grocery Drama"
I mostly use the Sprouts app to hunt down deals and place quick orders when I’m trying to get in and out of grocery mode fast. For the most part, it’s easy to use, and the pickup details are clear, which I really appreciate. But wow, nothing kills the mood like adding something to your cart and then finding out it’s suddenly out of stock. The app can also load a little slow sometimes, which feels extra dramatic when you’re just trying to grab avocados and move on with your life. Still, overall, it’s useful and I keep coming back to it.

"Good Organic Picks, But a Little Hit or Miss"
I like shopping at sprouts when I’m looking for organic stuff, especially produce. They usually have a decent selection, and it’s nice finding fresh options there 😊 That said, the prices can be kind of hit or miss, and a few things I go in for seem to be out of stock more often than I’d like. Overall, it’s not bad at all, just wish it was a bit more consistent.

I order from sprouts every now and then, and it’s been a mixed experience for me. The website is simple enough to use, and most of the time I can find the things I’m looking for. I do remember feeling a little frustrated a few times when something I was counting on was out of stock, especially when I’d planned meals around it. Prices can also feel a bit higher than I expect, which makes me pause before checking out. Delivery and pickup have usually gone okay, but there have been a couple of times where it felt less smooth than I hoped. I still trust sprouts overall and I keep coming back, but it hasn’t been the kind of experience that really impresses me. For me, it lands at about 3 stars

There are plenty of healthy items to choose from, which is great. I just wish more of the brands I like were actually in stock more often, but I guess that’s asking a lot.

I had to return something from sprouts and it did get sorted out in the end. The actual process wasn’t too hard, but Customer Service took a little while to get back to me, and the exchange details weren’t super clear at first. Not a bad experience, Just feels like it could be a bit smoother.

I just picked up my order and it was supposed to be ready, but when I got home I realized one item was missing. Since this just happened, it definitely left a bad impression, even if past orders were fine.

I ordered from sprouts.com the packing was bad. A few things were just loose in the box, no real protection or anything, and one jar ended up leaking all over the rest of my groceries. The box itself looked like it was barely taped shut too. I get that mistakes happen, but this just felt careless. I don’t think I’ll be ordering online from them again.

I ordered from sprouts.com and my card was charged right away, which I expected. But then part of my order got cancelled, and the refund process really stressed me out. It took longer than they originally said, and I ended up having to reach out to support twice just to figure out what was going on. The food itself was totally fine, so I don’t have complaints there, but the payment/refund situation left me feeling annoyed and not very confident about ordering online again.

I’ve ordered from Sprouts a few times, after my most recent experience, I’m hesitant to use it again. One order showed up hours late, and the latest one got pushed to the next day with barely any updates. That’s frustrating when you’re planning dinner around the groceries you ordered. Customer service wasn’t much help either. I still like shopping at Sprouts in person, but their online delivery has been a mess lately

"Okay store, but the service and reminders were frustrating"
The store itself was fine, but the customer service wasn’t great. I asked two different workers where a few items were and both seemed like I was bothering them. One just pointed in a vague direction and walked away, which wasn’t helpful at all. On top of that, the constant reminders and pushy notifications felt way too aggressive. Overall, the store was okay, but the help was disappointing.

"Wasn’t sure I’d handled it right, but help came fast"
I had a small issue with my online order and wasn’t even sure if I’d missed something on my end. I messaged customer service anyway, and they got back to me quickly. They fixed it without making it feel like a hassle, which I really appreciated. Maybe I was overthinking it, but it was nice to have support that easy. I’d definitely use sprouts.com again.

"Freshness Was a Letdown"
I was disappointed with this order. The greens showed up wilted and the berries were already mushy — come on now, that’s not what I expected when ordering fresh produce. Definitely not happy with it

I order from Sprouts mostly for fruits and veggies, and for the most part, I’ve had a good experience. The greens are usually really fresh, and the berries are better than what I usually find at my regular grocery store. It’s not perfect though, every now and then I’ll get an avocado that’s way too soft or herbs that go bad faster than expected. My bigger annoyance is that the communication can be kind of unclear, especially around substitutions or what’s actually available. Still, the produce quality is solid overall, so I keep ordering

"Clean-ish, but not what I expected"
It was clean enough overall, but the floors still looked messy when everything was supposedly done. I kept hearing vague promises about how it would all be taken care of, but the end result didn’t really match that. Not terrible, just kind of disappointing
